Stellantis Group FMEA requirements!

Did you know that the Stellantis Group changed its approach to FMEA analysis some time ago?

Exactly in May 2023 Stellantis have added two significant changes to their requirements compared to the requirements for FMEA issued by AIAG & VDA.

The changes involve:

• Improvement actions for H (high) and M (medium) for AP priority – these ALWAYS have to be completed (even though AIAG & VDA show that you can assess and document that you are not doing anything)
• AP counts – Stellantis has imposed its own AP tables.
